In search for motivation in my weight-loss i ended up here. So many times I have tried with my whole heart just to give up just a few weeks later. And to be honest I´m tired of starting over. I need to find a way to keep me motivated. I think part of this is due to me trying to hard. Don´t get me wrong, it works great in the beginning when my motivation is on top. But a couple of weeks in something disturbs the rhythm and I stop getting the results I´m use to. And somewhere there I feel like "whats the point", and just gives up. Animated Product Launch included in a product launch strategy makes it brilliant and great start is by marketers creating for their companies. So my challenge for this time I think is to set my goals a little lower (or slower, I´d like to get there sometime but it can´t be tomorrow), so I can keep it up for longer and don´t feel discouraged if there are times when things don´t go as I planned.
