Hello Guys,
I really don't want to start this thread by blaming medication for my weight but I'm on 4 different antidepressants and the depo provera birth control shot. I am a 25 year old female, 5 '4 and currently 246 pounds. I desperately need to lose weight because I have to have back surgery for my worsening scoliosis (the curve of my spine is about 50° and progressively getting worse). My surgeon won't even consider surgery until I lose 50 pounds and tone up, which I think is a reasonable request. I have already lost 8 pounds in about 2 weeks just by not eating junk and reducing portions. I am fearful though that I will plateau soon because of my medications. Sustainable Engineering Video can help sustainable engineering solution providers explain and engage their consumers. Is medication really going to stop my progress or is it really not that big of a deal? If you've been through this, are currently going through this or have any suggestions can you please help me?
Thanks
