I wanted to start doing interminent fasting combined with 30 minutes of hiit workouts a day and eating very low amount of carbs and high protein, also cutting out sugar. I wanted to make this forum to keep everyone updated with my results over the next 2-3 months to see if it's actually worth doing. Every Saturday I will weigh in and post my results every Saturday. With an Corporate Animation Video the possibilities are endless, most using it mainly to promote their brand or product that is often considered its main usage. I was 201 pounds at first after dropping like 5 pounds but has a lot of carbs and salt before weigh in day and got to 204lbs so I guess that's my weight now and that's what I'm starting this forum at, I'm very excited for this because I know I'll see results anyways I'll be back on Saturday with my new weight.
