I basically do 30 min of intervals/cardio on my treadmill daily (while holding dumb bells and periodically doing uppercuts and left and right hooks) and then do some mat work with a swedish ball and some body weight exercises. I am switching coffee with sugar to green tea with organic, raw, local honey, I eat 90% organic and paleo, and I drink about 2.8 litres of water a day. I have a liver condition so I can't push it too hard, but I want to lose the rest of these 9 kg I have to go and I want to get toned, as well, but mainly exercise to feel better because when I don't, my liver feels like it's going to explode, but since I've started to drop weight I'm encouraged and want to go all the way.
